Salsa Verde

Ripe tomatillos = salsa verde time!

Recipe:

  • lots of tomatillos
  • hot peppers
  • onion
  • garlic
  • cilantro
  • lime
  • salt

Husk and half tomatillos (also cut out stem connection). Put in pot cover with water and bring just to a boil. Then drain and throw everything into food processor/blender.

If it is too thin, you can reduce it a bit using a cast iron pan.
